PURPOSE: A gate driving circuit and a display device thereof are provided to improve the high temperature margin of a gate driving circuit by stably maintaining a carry signal to a low voltage. CONSTITUTION: A gate driving circuit outputs a plurality of gate signals. The gate driving circuit comprises a plurality of stages. Each stage comprises a pull-up part(210), a pull-down part(270), a carry part(290), a first carry holding part(292), and a second carry holding part(294). The pull-up part outputs the high level of a first clock signal as a gate signal to an output terminal. The pull down part pulls down the high level of the gate signal to the low voltage. The carry part outputs the high level of the first clock signal to the carry signal. The first carry holding part maintains the carry signal in response to the first clock signal to the low voltage. The second carry holding part maintains the carry signal in response to the second clock signal to the low voltage.
