VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A variable capacity swash-plate type compressor is provided to efficiently reduce noise and pulsation by increasing the volume of a discharge muffler. CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity swash-plate type compressor comprises a cylinder block(110), a front housing(120), a rear housing(130), a rotary shaft(140), and a piston(150). The cylinder block has a center bore(111) and multiple cylinder bores(113). A crank chamber(121) is formed inside the front housing. A discharge chamber(131) and a suction chamber(132) are formed inside the rear housing. The rotary shaft has a rotary valve(141). The piston compresses a refrigerant in the cylinder bores. A discharge muffler(133) is formed inside the discharge chamber of the rear housing and eliminates noise and pulsation of a refrigerant discharged to the discharge chamber.
