<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sachet, hardly generating static electricity, and preventing decomposition due to light, humidity and/or air. <P>SOLUTION: This sachet includes a plurality of layers: paper; an adhesive layer formed of polyethylene or the like; a barrier layer of aluminum foil; and a sealing layer of low-density polyethylene. Effective pharmaceutical component gives long-term preservation stability to the pharmaceutical composition contained in the sachet which is mesalazine.
