<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulb type lamp, capable of suppressing tracking phenomenon even when it remains attached to a socket over a long period by preventing thermal deterioration of a sealing member as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The bulb type lamp includes a sealing member 48 provided on an end surface of a case part 12 around the base part of a base part 14, the sealing member having an annular shape surrounding the base part 14 and being formed of an elastic insulating material having a through-hole extending in the thickness direction; and a heat conductive member 52 embedded in the through-hole, the heat conductive member being formed of a material higher in heat conductivity than the elastic insulating material. The sealing member 48 is compressed by the opening end part of a socket 200 and the end surface of the case part 12, in a state where the base part 14 is installed to the socket 200, to seal the base part 14 within the socket 200, and a heat transmission path for transmitting heat from the case part 12 to the socket 200 is formed of the heat conduction member 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
