RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RADIO BASE STATION, TRANSCEIVING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput of a second system while reducing interference between a first system and the second system in high precision.

SOLUTION: A radio communication system is provided with: a first system base station 101 which measures measurement information of a boundary between systems of the own system and the second system based on a signal from a first system mobile station 104 and a signal from a second system mobile station 103; and a second system base station 102 which measures measurement information of the boundary between systems of the first system and the own system based on a signal from the first system mobile station 104 and a signal from the second system mobile station 103, and performs signal transmission of the own system overlapping a part of a frequency spectrum of the own system on a frequency spectrum of the first system based on the measurement information of the boundary between the systems and the measurement information of the boundary between the systems measured by the first system base station 101.
