<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug-in automobile management system, capable of attaining further enhancement of security or application. <P>SOLUTION: The plug-in vehicle management system 1 allows charging from a station 2 to a plug-in vehicle 4 can be performed by a power line 6, and power line communication between the station 2 and the plug-in vehicle 4.
