PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent spark from occurring between a high-voltage winding and cores, restrain fluctuation of gaps between U-cores and I-cores, and aim at stabilization of transformer characteristics, even if cracks may be generated at a bobbin due to long-hour use in an abnormal installation state.
SOLUTION: The cores are so structured to be covered with an insulator before being inserted into the bobbin at primary winding or a high-voltage winding, or at a part opposed to both the primary winding and the high-voltage winding, and at the same time, to prevent high-voltage spark between the high-voltage winding and the core due to cracks of the bobbin, while, the U-core and the I-core are covered with the insulator for a whole periphery, and that, by making a thickness of the insulator at an opposed face of the both cores constant, gaps between the both cores can be made constant, so that characteristics of a boosting transformer may be made stable without fluctuation.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
|
