<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage apparatus which prevents contact between an operator and a robot in operation while maintaining an active state of the robot, in a maintenance operation in which the operator may come into contact with the robot in operation, and to provide a maintenance method of the storage apparatus, and a maintenance program of the storage apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The storage apparatus includes: at least one mounting port 131 in which a drive 13 is inserted; at least one robot 15 having a moving mechanism; and a library control section 11 to detect a start of the replacement of the drive 13, to determine a position of the mounting port 131 at which the drive 13 is replaced, and to move the robot 15 so as to close an opening formed by removal of the drive 13 from the mounting port 131. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
