PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement flange for a removable dispenser cartridge.

SOLUTION: An improve is made to removably connect a replaceable cartridge 13 to a housing 14 of a dispenser 10. A resilient member 67 installed at the cartridge 13 is prevented from moving in a radial direction relatively to the holding member 100 of the housing 14 from its connected arrangement, except a case in which the member is bent from a unique state of an unbiased condition.
