PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge accumulation device arranged with a storage battery, and an alternating current power supply control part for supplying alternating current power from the battery, in a casing for preventing rain from intruding, while taking installation in the outdoor into consideration. SOLUTION: This charge accumulation device includes the rectangular parallelopiped casing with a circumference surrounded by a metal plate, an inside of the casing is partitioned into right and left spaces by a wall, a lithium ion battery box-packaged integrally with a plurality of cells and a charging unit for the lithium ion battery are arranged vertically-separatedly in one of the right and left spaces, the alternating current power supply control part for supplying the alternating current power from the battery is arranged in the other of the right and left spaces, with a heat radiation space in a space formed with respect to a wall face of the other space.
