PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dividing error by preventing medicinal powder from attaching on a medicinal powder scraping-out member. SOLUTION: A medicine packaging device includes a doughnut-shape medicinal powder stacking member 2 having an annular groove 10 of an arc shape in cross section, a driving member which rotary-drives the medicinal powder stacking member 2, a medicinal powder supplying member 3 which supplies medicinal powder to the annular groove 10, the medicinal powder scraping-out member 4 which scrapes-out the medicinal powder from the annular groove 10, a medicine resuming member 5 which resumes the scraped out medicinal powder, and a packaging member 7 which packages the resumed medicinal powder. The medicinal powder scraping out member 4 is composed of an arm section 20 which extends from a supporting section 20a on the inner diameter side or the outer diameter side of the medicinal powder stacking member 2, and a scraping out section 21 which is installed on an end opposite to the supporting section 20a and scrapes out the medicinal powder from the annular groove 10 of the medicinal powder stacking member 2. The scraping out section 21 is composed of a scraping-in board 50 which scrapes-in the medicinal powder of the annular groove 10, and a scraping out board 28 which is integrated with a scraping in board 27 and scrapes-out the medicinal powder towards inside from the annular groove 10.
