PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a setup time or a processing cycle time in the manufacturing of a magnetic recording medium. SOLUTION: A fixing stand 20 includes: a positioning pin 20P for positioning a stamper 28 and a recording medium substrate 30; and a fixed side stamper support 22 for sucking and holding the stamper 28. A movable stand 10 arranged so as to approach or separate from the fixed stand 20 includes: a positioning pin 10P for positioning a stamper 18 and a movable side stamper support 12 for sucking and holding the stamper 18.
