<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag enabling butter to be swiftly and easily made, in view of the fact that: for conventional hand-made butter, whipped cream is put into a vessel (bowl) and continuously shaken for a period of some time, or utensils and/or tools are used for stirring it, resulting in needing times and labor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bag is triangular, made of a polyethylene film; in which a meshy form is put thereinto for separating whipped cream into solid fat and whey. In the bag, the meshy form is rubbed outside of the bag. Thanks to such an operation, the aimed butter can be made without needing long time and much labor with the single film bag.
