<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker arrangement structure for an automobile in which a tweeter, a squawker and a woofer are arranged on an instrument panel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The instrument panel 110 is constituted by an upper surface wall 200 extending in a vehicle body longitudinal direction; and a front wall 210 extending from a rear side of the upper wall to a lower side, and the tweeter 150TL and the squawker 150SL are arranged on a back side of the upper wall 200 at least one end side of both side ends in a vehicle width direction of the instrument panel 110 so as to upwardly radiate a sound wave. The woofer 150WL is arranged on the back side of the front wall 210 at least one end side so as to rearwardly radiate the sound wave, and the tweeter 150TL, the squawker 150SL and the woofer 150WL are connected to an acoustic equipment 125 provided on the instrument panel 110.
