<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element unit which can be easily connected to external wiring while reducing a cost, and to provide a liquid injection head and a liquid injection device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element unit includes: a piezoelectric element 17; and a first substrate 35 which has one end surface 35a bonded to a first surface 34a of the piezoelectric element 17. The piezoelectric element 17 has: a second surface 34c which is a surface on the side of a second substrate 12 on the opposite side from the first surface 34a; a third surface 34b which is orthogonal to the first surface 34a and second surface 34c, and in which an individual external electrode 43 to be a connection portion for the external wiring 50 is formed; a common external electrode 44 which is provided on the external surface of the piezoelectric element 17; and a sloping surface which is provided at the border between the first surface 34a and third surface 34b, and is formed with a slope to the first surface 34a and third surface 34b.
