<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utensil for making scrambled food quickly, easily and effectively in a short period of time when making processed ingredients into a scrambled state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A suitable number of rod-shaped protrusions 3 of a suitable dimension are provided in a suitable number of places on a bottom surface 1 of a flat plate of the stirring utensil to allow making of scrambled food with fine, even grains quickly and easily using a single utensil.
