<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for electrode and its manufacturing device capable of obtaining excellent thermal efficiency and slowly being dried with a shorter furnace length and a smaller capacity and a surface area of a furnace. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 for manufacturing the electrode has a wind-out unit 10, a first furnace terminal 20, a drying furnace 30, a second furnace terminal 80, and a wind-in unit 90. A first coating unit 27 for coating the first side of an electrode foil 2 is provided in the first furnace terminal 20 together with a second coating unit 28 for coating the second side of the electrode foil 2. Furthermore, turn-back rollers 25, 26, 85, 86 are mounted to the apparatus 100 for displacement in a width direction by inverting the travelling direction of the electrode foil 2 and turning it back with an angle.
