<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication equipment for vehicle capable of obtaining quickly only a communication signal desired by a recipient, even if a plurality of optical sources for communication are contained in an imaging range. <P>SOLUTION: An optical source detector 14 detects an optical source for communication, and includes an optical source coordinate detector 20 and a setting unit 21 for an optical source for communication. The optical source coordinate detector 20 analyzes a photographed image obtained by an imaging unit 12, and outputs coordinate information on a visible optical source. When a plurality of visible optical sources are detected, the setting unit 21 sets up an optical source approaching to the own vehicle in a closest way as the optical source for communication among those optical sources. A light receiving element 15 receives light from a fixed region on the basis of the optical source for communication, based on the coordinate information. A communication signal detector 17 detects a communication signal superimposed on visible light from the optical source for communication, based on the signal from the light receiving element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
