<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a live organ transplant material which is highly biocompatible and is stably fixed to a transplant part just by being cooled upon transplant quickly at a low cost by utilizing a by-product abandoned when separating histogenous cells. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the live organ transplant material includes: a separation step S1 of stirring the mixture of body tissue and digestive enzymes and separating the histogenous cells and lipid from the body tissue; washing steps S2 and S3 of washing the separated histogenous cells and lipid; a concentration step S4 of concentrating the washed histogenous cells; and a mixing step S5 of mixing the concentrated histogenous cells and the washed lipid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
