<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sealing structure of a container spout which minimizes as much as possible the reduction of an axial force when a contact ring part is melted through heat in high-frequency heating and effectively makes the contact ring part work in resealing by a cap. <P>SOLUTION: A contact ring part contacts a seal member through a tightening force during cap screwing before the seal member is high-frequency heated and through the heat during the high-frequency heating of the seal member, its tip end is partially melted to leave its base side in a predetermined length. The tube of a spout is provided with an elastically deformable part which is elastically deformable in the axial direction and the deformable part is compressed by an axial force when a cap is screwed on.
