<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent element that has a low drive voltage, and capable of suppressing a rise in voltage during driving and suppressing a decrease in the endurance of the element caused by active gaseous species, and to provide an organic electroluminescent element. <P>SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescent element manufacturing method includes a surface treatment process of using at least one kind of non-oxidizing gas to surface-treat an anode, and a hole-injection layer forming process of forming a p-doped hole-injection layer on the surface of the anode which is surface-treated by the surface treatment process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
