FAN COIL TYPE AIR CONDITIONER FOR RADIATION PANEL WITH HEAT PUMP, AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a radiation panel to a fan coil type air conditioner with a heat pump to perform radiation air conditioning, and compensate and treat air conditioning load which cannot be responded by the radiation air conditioning during air conditioning peak load etc. by the fan coil and an air heat exchanger of the heat pump.

SOLUTION: A heat pump circuit and a fan coil circuit are constituted so as to enable heat exchange via a heat pump water-refrigerant heat exchanger 6. A radiation panel circuit constituted by arranging a water circulating pump 8 and the radiation panel 9 within another water circulating path is configured to enable heat exchange with the heat pump circuit via a radiation panel water-refrigerant heat exchanger 17. Refrigerant piping between the radiation panel water-refrigerant heat exchanger of the heat pump circuit and a heat pump air conditioning heat exchanger 4 is branched. One branched piping is connected to the heat pump air conditioning heat exchanger via a first shut-off valve 15, and the other is connected to a four-way valve 2 via a second shut-off valve 16.
