<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in down time by resist correction in an image forming apparatus capable of printing a color woven-pattern image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a count value of a timing count part is smaller than a prescribed value, and there is a latent image character string in additional information of job data stored in a job memory, a color woven-pattern printing permission part extracts a user ID and an IP address from the additional information of the job data which are to be compared with printable conditions. When the user ID and the IP address match with the printable conditions, a print data generating part superimposes the job data on the woven-pattern image to generate print data. Then, a resist correction control part performs the resist correction, and the timing count part resets the count value.
