Ž<P>SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a data line driving circuit 100-i, a pattern output circuit 130, and an order setting circuit 140, wherein a plurality of data signals obtained by demultiplexing a multiplexed data signal are supplied to pixels P1i to Ppi in one horizontal scanning period, the pattern output circuit 130 outputs, as an output rotation pattern QPT, at each frame or each set of a plurality of frames, one of rotation patterns PT1 to PTM, which are rotation patterns each defining an order of driving the pixels P1i to Ppi, and the order setting circuit 140 sets the order of driving the pixels P1i to Ppi based on the output rotation pattern QPT.
