摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metalized film capacitor having higher withstand voltage performance and the high level of safety in a high-temperature region. SOLUTION: The metalized film capacitor includes capacitor elements, each of which is formed by winding or laminating metalized films each having a vapor deposition electrode provided on at least one surface of a dielectric film; and metallikon portions for electrode lead-out which are formed on both end faces of each capacitor element. In the metalized film capacitor, segmented electrode portions, each of which is segmented by multiple insulation slits in the longitudinal direction of the metalized films to form segmented electrodes, and non-segmented electrode portions, each of which has a vapor deposition electrode continuous in the longitudinal direction, are alternately arranged in the width direction of the metalized films. Each of the segmented electrodes is connected to its neighboring non-segmented electrode portions through fuses, each of which is formed between ends of adjacent insulation slits.
