PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing seal for wheel capable of improving sealing performance, easily laminating seals, and improving the efficiency of assembling work, and a bearing device for wheel having the same. SOLUTION: The seal 8 comprises: a core bar 10 composed of a fitting part 10a press-fitted to an external member 5, an intermediate part 10b formed to bend radially inward from the fitting part and closely adhered to an end face 5c of the external member 5, a cylindrical part 10c formed to bend in the axial direction from the intermediate part 10b, and an inner diameter part 10d extending radially inward from the cylindrical part; and a seal member 11 having a side lip 11b and a dust lip 11d integrally joined to the core bar 10 and extending radially outward in an inclined manner, and a grease lip 11d extending to the inward side of the bearing in an inclined manner. A shielding part 12 is formed having a prescribed diameter difference at the internal radial side more than the fitting part 10a of the core bar 10, and a width dimension of the fitting part 10a is set larger than that of the side lip 10b.
