PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter circuit capable of improving noise suppression effects and reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: A ground capacitor Cy1 is connected to one phase, and a normal-mode reactor L1 is connected to a phase to which the ground capacitor Cy1 is not connected. Thus, a current feeding back to a power conversion device of common-mode currents flowing in the ground capacitor Cy1 is increased, thereby improving filtering characteristics, and the ground capacitor, which has been connected to each phase conventionally, is connected to only one phase, thereby reducing the number of components.
