PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver stator structure capable of at least fixing a floating wire without executing vanish treatment by winding a dummy wire around the outer circumferential surface of a stator winding. SOLUTION: This resolver stator structure is such that the dummy wire (10) is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the stator winding (5) wound around each of protruding magnetic poles (2) formed on the inner circumferential surface (1a) or the outer circumferential surface (1b) of a ring-like stator (1), and the dummy wire (10) at least fixes the floating wire in the stator winding (5).
