PURPOSE: A silicon constant quantity application device of a silicon attach system for a radiator cover is provided to maintain the pressure inside a supply line uniformly to apply silicon using a nozzle in a fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION: A silicon constant quantity application device of a silicon attach system for a radiator cover comprises the following: supply pumps(158-5a,158-5b); a static mixer(158-3); supply lines(158-4a,158-4b) separately supplying silicon rubber and a paste; and a pressure sensor(158-9) maintaining the pressure inside the supply line between the supply pumps and the static mixer, by reducing the rotation number of a servo motor installed on the supply pump. |
