A METHOD FOR DNA SEQUENCING, AN APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR DNA SEQUENCING USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A DNA sequencing and an apparatus and system for DNA sequencing using the same are provided to effectively and reliably analyze single DNA base sequence without DNA amplification such as PCR. CONSTITUTION: A DNA sequencing method comprises: a step of binding fluorescence which selectively bind to each nucleotide of DNA by hydrogen bond in a first channel; a step of changing DNA to linear DNA; a step of sequentially isolating fluorescence which is bound to each nucleotide of DNA from the DNA; and a step of monitoring the isolated fluorescence and confirm DNA sequence. The diameter of the first channel and second channel is 0.1-100um and 2-200 nm, respectively. A DNA sequencing apparatus comprises: the first channel in which single DNA flows; a binding part in which the fluorescence is bound to each nucleotide; a second channel which has narrower diameter than the first channel and in which single DNA changes in a linear form and moves; and an isolation part for isolating fluorescence from the DNA.
