<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat the inside of a packaging using a heat pump when a fuel cell is started. <P>SOLUTION: A heat pump system portion 2 is started as a generating system portion 1 is started. During the start, refrigerant flows in the direction indicated by the solid arrow in Fig.1. A high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant pressurized by a compressor 21 goes in the direction of the solid line of a four-way valve 22 (toward generating system portion 1) and passes through a first shut-off valve 41. Thereafter, at an intake port heat exchanger 7 equivalent to a condenser, the refrigerant gas is cooled by fresh air introduced into the packaging P from an intake port by an exhaust fan 8 and is condensed. The refrigerant gas condensed goes toward an exhaust heat utilization system portion 3 after passing through an electronic expansion valve 24, is heated and evaporated by an adverse-current-prevention electric heater 33 at an exhaust-heat backup heat exchanger 34 equivalent to an evaporator, and returns to the compressor 21 after passing through the four-way valve 22 again. A heat pump system operable by stored heat along with the exhaust heat of the fuel cell is directly used as a means for heating the inside of the packaging P when the fuel cell is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
