<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of molding a pattern having superior transparency, to provide a pattern cured film and an interlayer dielectric having superior solvent resistance, heat resistance and insulating properties, to provide an electroluminescence (EL) display device having high reliability by including the interlayer dielectric, and to provide a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: In the positive photosensitive resin composition including (A) a copolymer including structural units of the following (A-1), (A-2) and (A-3), (B) a photosensitive agent and (C) a cross-linking agent, the copolymer independently respectively includes 10 to 50 mol% of (A-1) and (A-2). (A-1) is a structural unit including carboxyl group. (A-2) is a structural unit formed by adding a compound including an epoxy ring and an unsaturated group to a carboxyl group.
