<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of a PDA to determine and display users of other electronic devices, that the user is more likely to want contact at any given time. <P>SOLUTION: Whether or not the user of a certain other electronic device is a person with whom the user of the PDA is more likely to want to contact at any given time is determined on the basis of the status of the user of the PDA and optionally also the status of users of other electronic devices. For example, when the user of the PDA listens to a particular genre of music, then the user of the PDA may want to contact other users listening to that particular genre of music. Similarly, when the user of the PDA is at his or her place of work, then he or she is more likely to want to contact the specific list of contacts related to work.
