PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly pure, crystalline and stable compound of a 3,3-diphenylpropylamine derivative in a salt form, a manufacturing method of the same and a highly pure and stable intermediate product of the same. SOLUTION: Phenolic monoesters of 3,3-diphenylpropylamines are provided. Suitable compounds are a hydrogen fumarate and a hydrochloride hydrate of R-(+)-2-(3-diisopropylamino-1-phenylpropyl)-4-hydroxymethylphenyl isobutyrate ester. A suitable compound among the crystalline intermediate products is R-(-)-3-(3-diisopropylaminophenylpropyl)-4-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
