PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, and a display method and a display program of a traffic congestion information capable of appropriately confirming the traffic congestion information for each of lanes. SOLUTION: The navigation device includes, an acquisition means capable of acquiring the traffic congestion information for each of the lanes, a display means for displaying a list 300 displaying the traffic congestion information of each of the lanes as a textual information based on the acquired traffic congestion information, an image display means for displaying by synthesizing an image 320 of the traffic congestion information on the road corresponding to each of the lanes based on the acquired traffic congestion information, and a control means for controlling the image display means so that when a specific lane is selected from the list 300. the image 330 of the traffic congestion information of the selected lane is highlightedly displayed.
