<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-rotary pressure member that has, as a releasing layer, a cross-linked fluororesin layer outstandingly excellent in abrasion resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The non-rotary pressure member is disposed in the fixing unit of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus. The non-rotary pressure member is a cross-linked fluororesin compound material in which a cross-linked fluororesin layer is formed on a base material, wherein when an abradant with a three-dimensional structure formed by uniformly applying and joining polishing abrasive grains to a nylon non-woven fabric, and 2 kgf weight are placed in that order on the cross-linked fluororesin layer, and the rotary body consisting of both of the abradant and the weight is revolved at 200 rpm, an abrasion loss at an integrated revolution of 100,000 is ≤10 μm.
