<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump with a tube unit and a control unit which are attachable/detachable. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The micropump 1 is provided with: the tube unit 2 including an elastic tube 50 and fingers 40-46 radially disposed from the center direction of the circular tube 50; a control unit 3 including a cam 20 of which rotary shaft is substantially coincident with the center of the arc shape of the tube 50, a rotor 70 for transmitting a turning force to the cam 20 and a vibrator mechanism part 160 for adjusting a vibrator 130 at an optional position for the rotor 70; reservoir 11; a control circuit part 60; and a battery 61. The tube unit 2 and the control unit 3 are detachably stacked and mounted and the turning force is applied to the rotor 70 by vibration of the vibrator 130. The cam 20 sequentially presses the fingers 40-46 from an inflow side to an outflow side of liquid and the liquid is transported by repeating compressive closing and opening of the tube 50.
