<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure capable of reducing impact transmitted to a vacuum device, in a constitution for fastening a rotary vacuum pump to the vacuum device by embedded bolts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This invention is the fastening structure of the rotary vacuum pump for fastening a suction port flange (21) of the rotary vacuum pump having a high-speed rotary rotor and the vacuum device by the embedded bolt (203). A plastic deformation part (203a) having strength not more than the strength of an embedded threadedly engaging part of the embedded bolt, is arranged in at least a part of a non-threadedly engaging part of the embedded bolt (203) penetrating through the suction port flange (21). Its plastic deformation part (203a) is plastically deformed by the impact from the suction port flange (21), so that impact energy transmitted to the vacuum device can be restrained.
