<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder for a utility pole, which enhances safety in ascent/descent by being stably latched to the utility pole. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ladder 1 for the utility pole can be latched to the utility pole D which includes a first scaffold bolt D1 protrusively provided on the one horizontal side of the utility pole D, and a second scaffold bolt D2 protrusively provided on the other horizontal side thereof and provided with a height different from that of the first scaffold bolt D1. Characteristically, the ladder 1 for the utility pole includes: a ladder body 2 which has a plurality of rungs horizontally laid between the pair of supports; a first hook portion 6, the base end of which is freely turnably connected to an upper end of one of the pair of supports, and the leading end of which can be locked to the first scaffold bolt D1; and a second hook portion 7 which is formed with a length different from that of the first hook portion 6, the base end of which is freely turnably connected to an upper end of the other one of the pair of supports, and the leading end of which can be locked to the second scaffold bolt D2.
