<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet including a box type frame which is installed in a car or a room in the interior thereof in order to prevent the interior of the car or room from being stained or damaged when a living thing such as a pet or a wetted material or stained material is placed in a trunk or in the room of the car. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet with the box type frame is obtained by installing the box type frame of a material such as a corrugated fiberboard on the inside of the sheet of a waterproof material such as a plastic processed into a shape and a size so as to keep the box type.
