PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a microphone for preventing electric shocks even if an electrified speaker approaches or touches the microphone regardless of the inside and outside of houses. SOLUTION: A case section 14 for composing a stand 13 of the microphone 11 is formed from a conductive metal material, and is electrically connected to a grounding conductor 15a of a microphone cord 15 for shielding led from the side of the microphone 11. A conducting processing section 24, which has a conductive resistance of 10<SP>5</SP>-10<SP>8</SP>Ω, is provided at an assumed contact part 23 that includes a case section placement surface 22 on a presentation counter 21 and is first touched by a finger (f) of the speaker H. The conducting processing section 24 is electrically connected to the case section 14. Charges are gradually discharged to reduce the electrification state when the speaker H touches the assumed contact part 23, thus preventing the speaker H from receiving electric shocks even if the speaker H touches the microphone 11.
