The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer able to bind specifically to bisphenol A, and to a method for detecting and eliminating bisphenol A using the same. The nucleic acid aptamer of the present invention which is able to bind specifically to bisphenol A is effective in detecting and eliminating bisphenol A, which is an environmental hormone which has previously been difficult to detect, since the nucleic acid aptamer of the present invention has an affinity at the nM level and can detect even trace amounts of bisphenol A, and it is able to specifically detect bisphenol A alone without exhibiting any affinity for other bisphenols such as bisphenol B which is no different from bisphenol A except for a single methyl group. |
