The assembly has a steering-sided driven shaft (1) including three circular gear teeth (2-4) coupled with associated steering rack sections (ZS1, ZS2L, ZS2R, ZS3L, ZS3R). Each section is coupled at a wheel-side for transmitting steering movements. The gear teeth are eccentrically arranged on the shaft such that reference diameter of the adjacent gear teeth are identical in sections. The gear teeth are provided on three gear wheels (Z1-Z3) with radiuses (r1-r3), respectively. A fourth gear wheel is arranged at the shaft in a torque-proof manner.
