<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an electronic device casing that can be simply machined and enables an electronic device casing to be mounted either by a screw fastening method or by a magnet fixing method. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting recess 5 of a magnet 4 is provided in the rear face of an electronic device casing 1. A screw insertion hole 6 is provided at almost the central part of the mounting recess 5.
