PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate a reel while preventing a flange from deforming even when a tape feeder uses the reel whose flange has small strength, and to easily replace the reel. SOLUTION: A center shaft 18, on which the reel 12 is supported rotatably, is sucked and held by the reel holder 13 with magnetic force of a magnet 20. Consequently, when the reel 12 is attached to or detached from the reel holder 13, the reel 12 can be attached and detached together with the center shaft 18 in a state in which the center shaft 18 is mounted in a center hole part 17 of the reel 12, and the reel 12 is only taken in and out from a side above the reel holder 13 to replace the reel 12. Further, the reel 12 is supported rotatably by the center shaft 18 inserted into its center hole part 17, so even when the reel 12 whose flange has small strength is used, the flange is prevented from deforming and the reel 12 can be smoothly rotated.
