PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation plan information recording device and an operation plan information recording method for easily and accurately recording an operation plan in a recording medium.

SOLUTION: The operation plan information recording device (400) includes: a connection part (404) for connecting a recording medium (7) to be used for a drive recorder (2); a recording part (407) for recording operation plan information corresponding to a crew or a vehicle and the start information of an operation plan; an input part (405) for inputting crew information or vehicle information; and a control part (401) for extracting unexecuted operation plan information from the recording part on the basis of the crew information or the vehicle information and the start information, and for controlling the recording medium to record the extracted operation plan information. The operation plan information recording method is also provided.
