PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a set value for forming an image at proper timing. SOLUTION: An image forming device inputs a selection signal SEL corresponding to an operation mode into a selection circuit 46, and inputs the first set value into a D-terminal of the first D-FF 42. The first set value is output from a Q-terminal of the first D-FF 42, when the first timing signal is input into a G-terminal of the first D-FF 42, to be input into a D-terminal of the second D-FF 44. On the other hand, the selection circuit 46 is switched to select the second signal SEL, out of the plurality of timing signals, to be output. The first set value is output from the Q-terminal of the second D-FF 44, when the first second timing signal is input into a clock terminal of the second D-FF 44. The second set value is input into the D-terminal of the first D-FF 42, during the formation of the image based on the first set value, and the first timing signal is input into the G-terminal of the first D-FF 42.
