<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of interpolation data by executing proper interpolation processing, according to deficiency pattern. <P>SOLUTION: This data collection and control device is provided with: an energy consumption quantity collection means for collecting the total energy consumption quantity data of each group which is obtained by dividing a plurality of pieces of equipment into one or more groups and the individual energy consumption quantity data belonging to each group in a prescribed cycle; a deficiency data interpolation means for, when data deficiency is detected in data collected by the energy consumption quantity collection means, calculating interpolation data by interpolation processing predetermined for each deficiency pattern; and a display means for discriminating and displaying the data normally collected by the energy consumption quantity collection means and interpolation data calculated by the deficiency data interpolation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
