PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a turning preventive fitting for preventing turning of a clip fitting and to easily and surely prevent turning of the clip fitting even if a bolt for mounting the clip fitting becomes loose in a mounting structure of a wall panel mounted to a column or the like of a building or a structure, for instance. SOLUTION: This wall panel mounting structure is adapted to mount one end side of the clip fitting 1 to the wall panel P by a bolt 3 and to mount the wall panel to the side face of a building skeleton while holding the building skeleton or a panel support plate mounted to the building skeleton, between the other end side of the clip fitting and the wall panel. The turning preventive fitting 2 of U-shaped cross section is disposed between the clip fitting 1 and the wall panel P, and the clip fitting is located between the facing pieces 2b, 2b of the U-shaped turning preventive fitting. In this state, the turning preventive fitting and the clip fitting are mounted to the wall panel by a bolt 3 penetrating them, and the turning preventive fitting 2 is fixed in a rotation stop manner to the wall panel P by a fixture 5.
