<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly house a flooring ledger frame for being laid across an arm with a wedge, in a predetermined position; and to prevent the occurrence of torsion even in the absence of a back reinforcing steel band. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this flooring ledger frame (A), right and left main component members (10) and (9) are formed by having both of a pair of right and left rectangular flat steel plates bent to form an L-shaped cross-section portion (1) on the left downside and form an inverted L-shaped cross-section portion (2) on the right downside, and to form a suspended portion (4) for making a double wall from a horizontal portion (3) between both upper edges provided at a predetermined spacing on an inside with respect to each of upper edges of the L-shaped and inverted L-shaped portions (1) and (2), and a triangular portion (5) at its lower end; and front and rear steel beam materials (17) are suitable for and cover front and rear ends astride the right and left main component members (10) and (9), and are welded to them, respectively. Mounting bases (12) for clamp fittings (11) are attached to both the front and rear end outside surfaces of the L-shaped portion (1) of the left main component member (9) and the inverted L-shaped portion (2) of the right main component member (10), respectively; and a latch (14) is attached to a hook portion (13) of each of the clamp fittings (11).
